Some minor remodeling of the home in 2002 affected the landscape and how it is viewed from the house, so we revisited the garden in 2002. Also, what was sunny, had become very shady, so we made some adjustmentsDescriptionThis city property is the home and office of the owner. It is also home to several tenants who have separate entrances to both the house and coach house in back. All lawn was removed and a park-like seating area was created for anyone who cares to use it.
