Description

This project is unusual in that the bulk of it is located on a parcel of land behind the owner's home. The owner purchased the adjacent lot to install a swimming pool, bath house and outdoor living area. What we started with was a real mess:

Because the owners have a very active outdoor lifestyle, the outdoor living area includes a pool with spa, pergola and a sound system that is linked to the main house.

An exercise in "Parallel Planning," the success of the project is due to cooperation among architect builder, pool contractor, owner and Garden Concepts.
