Description

Located on a busy street, this house needed a sense of separation. Because of a need to park multiple cars and a desire to be able to pull out forward onto the street, a parking court was a logical choice. A previous landscape improvement gave us a head start by eliminating a circular drive and raising the grade between house and street. Our work was done in conjunction with a front entry and dining room remodeling projects, so there were other issues involved. What resulted was a complete overhaul of the front yard, and a major reworking of the back.
