The new dining room window made this space important, and particularly the view toward the neighbor. We designed a freestanding screen of stone and cedar to display the owners' lead wall fountain. It turned out to be a perfect solution for a difficult space. The structure, of course, was not haphazardly located, but deliberately designed into the space.
