Evanston Residence

This Evanston property is long and narrow and bordered by alleys on two sides. The owners had no direct way to access the unused back yard other than a side door facing the alley. An unattractive, utilitarian walk was replaced with a much more interesting and usable walk that in itself is attractive. It also serves as access to the garden.
